Depending on the weather, please bring layers for warmth and weatherproofness, or sunscreen and perhaps a hat, as well as a flask of a favourite hot or cool drink.
Any kit you are happy to bring along will also be great - whether something yoga-specific such as a mat, block(s), brick(s), a belt and blanket(s); or household items such as books (a few wide enough to sit on), blanket(s) or towel(s), any kind of sturdy strap (old tights, a scarf, bathrobe belt, luggage strap...). Even a bucket, saucepan or tupperwares can be super useful!
If you haven't got a yoga mat, something damp-proof can be great to have along for sitting or lying down on, maybe something like a large bin bag, or some waterproof clothing.
You are of course always warmly welcome even if you cannot bring any kit (please let Ocean know, in advance if this is the case, as she may be able to bring some extras!).
